Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and equipped with a safe for valuables, featuring spacious layouts, very comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and modern bathrooms. However, there was a persistent musty smell throughout my stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with spacious, modern bathrooms and a lovely ocean view, but there were inconveniences like no water in the shower during mornings and issues with the fan and A/C. The service was generally wonderful and accommodating, although one outside bartender was rude. The location was amazing with stunning views of the sound and ocean, perfect for couples seeking a beachfront getaway. The dining was good overall, with a standout server at the Life Saving Station, but some aspects were disappointing. The facilities were decent but need improvement in certain areas.
Stepping into this 5-star resort felt fantastic with its beautiful rooms that opened to an adult-only pool. The property was cool, large, and had a huge bathroom and shower. The spacious layout made me instantly comfortable.
This hotel is a hidden gem with stunning views of the dunes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are modern and comfortable, but the dining experience may fall short of expectations at times. The location is perfect for a peaceful beach getaway, offering easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, away from the crowds on a beautiful stretch of beach. The rooms were comfortable in a Pottery Barn sort of way and overlooked the tranquil Adult pool facing the dunes. The service was wonderful, so helpful, but a bit lacking at the breakfast restaurant. The dining experience had its ups and downs with some disappointing dishes and exceptional service at the Life Saving Station. The facilities were great overall with shops and pet amenities available, but a few minor issues like the sink stopper not working properly.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were bright, beachy, and comfortable, but they lacked robes, towels, and shower essentials, which was disappointing. The service was a bit of a letdown, with unfriendly staff during lunch at the Sandbar, though on the bright side, the general service was friendly. The location was a perfect blend of stunning views between the sound and the ocean, making it a gorgeous spot that I have enjoyed for nearly two decades, despite some challenges like not being clearly marked at night. The dining experience was mostly good, except for the not-so-great eggs benedict with crab, and the facilities overall need improvement and attention to detail. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel offered a decent value for the money.
