I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Darjeeling. The location was fantastic, being right at the center with easy access to the local attractions. The service was top-notch, especially the manager who was very hands-on. However, the lack of a lift made it quite challenging, especially when carrying luggage up those stairs. Overall, it's a good spot for families looking for a budget-friendly stay.
